Return & Refund Policy (Skin Care & Hair Care Products)

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products purchased under sale, clearance, or special discounts are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

3. Return Request Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at jatinhisar1@gmail.com with:
  • Order details
  • Clear images of the product showing the issue
  • Once approved, instructions for return pickup or self-shipping will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs will be covered only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • For any other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

8. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, fragrance, or texture may occur due to natural ingredients and are not considered defects.
  • Ensure accurate delivery details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
